What is Sign PDF?

Signing a contract or form should not mean printing it and scanning it back. Upload the PDF you need to sign, then add your signature: upload a signature file (a PNG or JPG, or even a PDF that contains your signature), draw it with your mouse or finger, or type your name in a handwriting style.

Place it on any page, drag it exactly where it belongs and resize it. Sign as many places as you need. Everything runs in your browser, so neither the document nor your signature is uploaded.

Good to know: Adds a signature image to the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature.

When to use it

Use it for contracts, rental agreements, permission slips, invoices and HR forms. For best results, scan or photograph your signature on plain white paper and upload that image; the white background is removed automatically.

Tip: to keep a copy that cannot be edited easily, run the signed PDF through Protect PDF afterwards.
