What is Extract PDF Pages?

Sometimes you don't need to delete pages from a document — you need the opposite: just a handful of pages pulled out into their own file, leaving the source document untouched. Extract Pages does exactly that.

This is the inverse of Remove Pages: instead of choosing what to discard, you choose what to keep, and everything else is left out of the new file entirely.

Add the source document — thumbnails of every page load so you can browse the full file.

2

Select the pages you want

Click each page to include in the new file; your selection is highlighted as you go.

3

Download the new PDF

A fresh PDF containing only your selected pages is generated and ready to download.

When to use it

Researchers extract a single cited chart or table from a long academic paper to include in their own report. Paralegals pull the signature page out of a lengthy contract to confirm it was executed correctly.

Travelers extract just the boarding-pass page from a long booking confirmation email PDF, and teachers pull one relevant worksheet out of a shared curriculum packet to hand out separately.

Tip: If you need several separate groups of pages rather than one combined selection, run Extract Pages more than once with different selections — each pass produces its own clean file.
